This multi-unit complex has a wonderful roof deck and view of the city. What it was lacking was any form of shade. To keep things simple, Landscape Additions installed 4 Azenco R-Shade fixed roof pergolas. Each pergola measured 15’x22’ with matching powder coated aluminum 2×4’s spaced 12” apart for the roof. These structures are fantastic for larger commercial areas especially where access to power is a problem. The light weight of these all-aluminum projects works perfectly on any roof deck.
